How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ollie ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
